What is SEO?
Search Engine Optimization is the process of naturally improving the visibility of your website in search engine result pages (SERPs). This requires you to have a search engine friendly website that is easy to use.
There are many aspects to SEO and the way search engines rank your website will continue to change, however, if you would like your website to endure through all the updates you simply need to focus on user experience and providing value.
Taking shortcuts and trying to trick search engines will only harm your SEO in the long run.
User Experience Is The Key
User experience is the most important factor of SEO.
It is inevitable for websites that offer a great user experience to rank high in search engines because people spend a good amount of time on them.
These websites also tend provide a lot of value which encourages people to link to them from their own websites.
If a website has a lot of relevant links pointing towards it and people are spending their time on it, it’s obviously valuable and therefore it make sense for search engines to rank them in their top results.
Is SEO Hard?
Search Engine Optimization is not hard but it takes a lot of time and effort.
You simply need to understand how search engines work and what they look for.
The most difficult thing about SEO is coming up with strategies to scale your efforts.
